What is Exalt Spin?
Exalt Spin is a low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling class focusing on endurance and strength through interval training allowing all fitness levels to progress at their own pace.
Cost: Included in Exalt gym membership or $5.00 for nonmembers.

Spin is coming back to Piney at 6:15 Tuesday nights starting on the 26th
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 pm
- Friday mornings 9:00 am
Give your lungs, glutes, calves, hamstrings, and quads a fantastic workout while building strength and burning up to 900 calories a class!
With a highly motivated instructor, upbeat music, and a class full of encouraging peers, spin also builds mental strength. Commit to attending regularly and not only will your physical endurance increase but, your mental wellbeing will also flourish.
What you need to know for your first class:
Bring a water bottle and a towel. If you’ve never sweated before, prepare to sweat! Arrive a few minutes early for the instructor to help you set up your bike properly. Wear comfortable gym clothes. Moisture-wicking is recommended. Spin shoes or tennis shoes are required. Remember you are working at your own pace, not your neighbors. Set small goals and commit to at least 3 classes. You will see and feel big results after just six sessions.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, bring them all! Have your friends fill out a waiver at the front entrance and pay the instructor a small fee of $5 per guest.

Chris has been teaching Spin for 10 years and is known for his loud hard-working classes. He will make sure you get the work out you expect and count on. He started teaching spin, because he felt the workouts he was getting at the time, were not fulfilling his calorie burning desire. So, at the challenge of a friend, he got certified and the rest is history. He loves bringing motivational music, and a choregraphed workout to every class. If you have ever taken one of his classes, you know bring a towel, energy and WATER!
In addition, core/abdominal work is to be expected, weight training different body parts, glute focused exercise.
I'm a big fan of the underdog so if you read the class description and you feel intimidated, don't worry I've got your back!
Other than being with my wonderful husband and family who I love dearly and also my job, l love being healthy by running and teaching spin. I so enjoy helping people do the same.
